The manufacturing of Industrial Safety Shoe involves the use of automated machines wherein the Safety Shoe Upper is converted into a Safety Shoe. The manufacturing activity comprises of various processes some of which are listed below.
- Pre Assembly of the Shoe Uppers
- Assembly of the Shoe Uppers
- Injection of the Shoe Uppers
- Finishing of the Safety Shoes
At the injection stage of the manufacturing process, we use the Direct Injection Process with the help of 24 station DESMA machines.
We have 2x24 station double density injection machines of DESMA make, supplemented with the corresponding machines for pre-injection assembly and post injection finishing.
We also have our in house laboratories capable of performing various tests to ensure compliance with all Quality & Safety parameters.
The leather used in the manufacture of uppers is supplied from our own tannery which is located in Kolkata, India. We are also exporting finished leather & lasted shoe uppers to few of our clients in Europe & South America.
